[VIDEO] Workout of the Week - Butt Exercises

During the coldest months of winter, the weather can keep one from making it to the gym. Or maybe you’re even looking for a new exercise routine to do outside of the gym. So, this week’s workout is one that can be performed in the warmth of your home or dorm room without usingtoo much space.

OPINION: Super Bowl XLVIII with so much potential turns into a dud

I think my favorite was either the Seinfeld one or the puppy one…oh, and the Tebow one was good.  Oh you want to know about what happened in the game?  Does anyone really want to talk about that?  Not much happened.  Offensively there was nothing and  it was very one-sided from the get-go.  The Conference Championships were close, suspenseful games. They gave so much promise towards this game, but it was not even close last night, as Seattle pummeled Denver by the final score of 43-8.

OPINION: The best possible Super Bowl is one in cold weather

Relax Mike Ditka, a cold weather Super Bowl isn’t as bad as you extravagantly deplored earlier this week. In fact, football played in temperatures that make your hands numb fits right into the rugged, testosterone bound game’s roots.

The rest of the game, however, was dominated by Mason as they took the match by a final score of 3-0.

From Paul VI to Mason, Holloway shoots for success

When Paul Hewitt signed on to coach the Mason men’s basketball team in May 2011, he needed a shooter. So, he turned straight away to longtime acquaintance and AAU coach, Keith Stevens, who gave him one name: Patrick Holloway.

“I actually started recruiting him before I even saw him play a high school game,” said Hewitt. “And, we were fortunate enough to get him.”
