Maybe you've noticed a crop poking out of someone's bag in class. Perhaps you've seen someone on campus wearing khaki breeches and black boots. Chances are, that's one of George Mason’s Equestrian Club members.

The riders compete in races on levels ranging from beginner to advanced. Currently ranked third in their division, GMU's equestrians are starting to gain some attention. The club meets Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons and encourages anyone interested in horses to come check them out at River Chase Farm, about 41 minutes away from campus according to Google Maps. The club caters to all levels, from those interested in learning how to ride to those raised in the saddle.
