Postgame interviews from Richmond

Still buzzing with adrenaline from last's Men's Basketball win? Here are some postgame interviews you may have missed to hold you over until the Northern Iowa game this Saturday.

Head Coach Jim Larranaga won his twelfth consecutive game on Tuesday in Richmond, Va. at the Siegel Center. The Patriots commanded the boards, getting 37 rebounds to the Rams' 28 and shot 46.9 percent en route to a 20-point victory for sole possession of first place.

Junior forward Ryan Pearson finished with 18 points and eight rebounds including a dunk the 20-point win. Senior guard Cam Long finished with 14 points and four assists, but focused on his ball-handling to break up VCU's full-court pressure.

Second-year head coach Shaka Smart lost his second consecutive game at the Siegel Center Tuesday night, where the Rams had not even lost 30 games since the Stadium was opened in 1996. The Patriots led by 27 points in the game, the largest lead they ever had since a 15-point lead some years ago.
