Eating on campus can be boring, but it's too expensive to eat off campus all the time. That's why Jimmy Chows Down is here to help you find food that's worth eating and won't kill your bank account. This week he takes you to the new Metro Silver Diner to see if their promises of sleek technology and fast service are true.

I'll tell you why it was expensive
First of all. $2 for two strips of bacon.
YEAH.
The portions are a lot smaller than you think.
Pancakes
Compared to the $6 entree counterparts found in Ike's, Metro sounds like a fine alternative.
Overpriced??
Jimmy said that the Metro Silver Diner is overpriced. I think this a gross misrepresentation of the diner considering the wild maine blueberry pancakes that he got were $3.99.
