Student groups and GMU departments teamed up this week to present the Stay Strapped: Can You Bare It? HIV Awareness Concert on Tuesday evening.

The concert featured performances, speeches and demonstrations aimed at stopping the spread of HIV/AIDS through both abstinence and the use of protection when engaging in sexual intercourse. Participants were able to enjoy free food, grab informational packets and pick up free items. Free HIV testing was also available during the concert.

The Stay Strapped: Can You Bare It? concert is part of the ongoing HIV Awareness Week; for a list of upcoming events click here.
