Having performed on the streets of California before "making it big," Grammer is both humble and aware of the luck of his success. With hits such as "Keep Your Head Up," "Fine By Me" and "Miss Me," Grammer is the musician who will be performing at this year's annual Mason Day concert.

New Mosaic District offers something unique for everyone

A new shopping and dining area has recently opened. Approximately 20 minutes from George Mason University’s Fairfax campus, the Mosaic District offers something for everyone.

Located off of Lee Highway and Gallows Road, the Mosaic District was built over abandoned land. Previously looking like a resting site for broken dumpsters, the area now boasts hip stores, restaurants and a high-tech movie theater.

Mark Morris Dance Group brings back alumni for performances this weekend

The New York City-based Mark Morris Dance Group will be performing for two nights at George Mason University’s Center for the Arts. Praised by dance star Mikhail Baryshnikov as “one of the great choreographers of our time,” Mark Morris is no joke in the dance world.
